How can we start?
You will need to send an e-mail to info@mants.it with your requests and an expert will reach out to you to schedule a call.

Are you able to satisfy any requests?
No. We offer multiple services:
– from Brand Design to Web Development;
– from textile – yarn to suppliers research;
– from prototyping to finishing garments;  
but we only continue if we are 100% sure about the end results. 

Do you have any feedback from your clients?
Not online. We have signed NDA with brands to not share any information. 
However, we are working to provide public feedback from other clients.

How can I place a wholesale order?
By registering on MANTS on the B2B page for free, you can browse through the product catalog of items we offer for wholesale buying and place an order.

Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For wholesale orders, our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is €150.

Will I receive a tracking number for each wholesale order?
You will receive a DHL, FedEx, and UPS tracking number once we will ship the order.

Are the prices with or without VAT?
Since we are providing a B2B partnership, we do not include VAT. All the prices you see are without VAT. If you are an Italian store, an additional 22% will be applied to your total. 

Do you accept returns?
Our return policy allows returns within 7 days from the delivery date. Please note that wholesale buyers can request a return only for damaged and wrongly shipped goods.

How long does it take for the wholesale products to be delivered?
With economy shipping, for all wholesale orders, we ensure delivery within 3 business days within the EU and 5-7 business days to locations outside the EU. 

Will I need to pay taxes and duties for my wholesale order?
Import duty or tax costs, if any, will be invoiced to you directly from the freighter company appointed by you. For more information please contact the local customs authority as each country has different customs regulations.
