Quali dati trattiamo
- I dati che ci invii con il modulo di contatto: nome, marchio o azienda, email, paese, quantità, prezzo obiettivo e messaggio.
- Dati tecnici di navigazione (ad esempio indirizzo IP, data e ora di accesso, pagine visitate), registrati dal fornitore di hosting per la sicurezza e il funzionamento del sito.
Perché e su quale base
- Rispondere alla tua richiesta e preparare un'eventuale offerta: misure precontrattuali richieste da te (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Proteggere il sito da abusi e garantirne il funzionamento: legittimo interesse del titolare (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
I campi contrassegnati sono necessari: senza di essi non possiamo risponderti. Non usiamo i tuoi dati per marketing e non prendiamo decisioni automatizzate.
A chi li comunichiamo
Solo al fornitore che ospita il sito e la posta elettronica, Aruba S.p.A. (Italia), nominato responsabile del trattamento (art. 28 GDPR). I dati restano nell'Unione europea e non vengono diffusi. Se in futuro useremo fornitori fuori dallo Spazio economico europeo, il trasferimento avverrà solo con le garanzie previste dagli artt. 44 e seguenti del GDPR.
Per quanto tempo
Le richieste per 24 mesi dall'ultimo contatto, salvo che ne nasca un rapporto commerciale: in quel caso per la durata prevista dagli obblighi civilistici e fiscali (10 anni). I dati tecnici per il tempo strettamente necessario alla sicurezza.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere in ogni momento accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità dei dati e opporti al trattamento (artt. 15–22 GDPR), scrivendo a info@mants.it. Hai diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

What we process
- The data you send through the contact form: name, brand or company, email, country, quantity, target price and message.
- Technical browsing data (such as IP address, date and time of access, pages visited), logged by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and prepare a possible offer: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To protect the site from abuse and keep it working: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Marked fields are required: without them we cannot reply. We do not use your data for marketing and make no automated decisions.
Who receives it
Only the provider that hosts our website and email, Aruba S.p.A. (Italy), appointed as processor (Art. 28 GDPR). Your data stays in the European Union and is never published. If we ever use providers outside the European Economic Area, transfers will rely only on the safeguards in Articles 44 ff. GDPR.
How long we keep it
Requests for 24 months after the last contact, unless a business relationship follows, in which case for the period required by Italian civil and tax law (10 years). Technical data only as long as security requires.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to info@mants.it. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
